
It wasn't until a few years ago that I learned that most people call them German Pancakes or Dutch Babies. Anyway... whatever you choose to call them, I hope you enjoy this recipe. I added a few spices and coconut oil for mine. If you don't get through the whole pan in one sitting, they heat up really well later too!

Ingredient
1/3 cup coconut oil or butter
8 eggs
1 cup coconut or almond milk
1/3 cup arrowroot powder
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt

1. Preheat oven to 425.

2. Melt coconut oil/butter and pour into a 9×13 pan.
3. Put eggs in blender and blend on high for 15 seconds.
4. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend for 30 seconds.
5. Pour batter into the pan containing the melted oil/butter.
6. Bake for 20 minutes.
