I feel like a new woman because I found a great deal on 2 12-inch ceramic frying pans today! I used one for my first time while visiting my cousin in Texas. I fell in love with it & have been determined to get one since coming home. What an awesome St. Patrick's day gift to myself, right? I've also only got 7 more days of my Whole30, so I thought it was a great non-food motivation (we'll ignore the fact that it's used to make food)! :D
My hubby requested a green breakfast this morning & so he got one! There is no need for food coloring when you've got spinach, kale, or other leafy greens hanging around :) The eggs turned out really green because I used quite a few handfuls of spinach, so if you wanted to put less, you'd still get a great green color. Check out my little holiday concoctions!

Have you decided what you're going to do this week for the financial weekly challenge? I started off by getting caught up on categorizing our transactions this month in mint.com. I had to see where my grocery budget is at so far this month, since I tend to get carried away and overspend that one... imagine that ;0)
