
How was your week of being more present? It felt wonderful to let go of certain expectations this week & enjoy more precious moments with those I love! It also naturally forced me to prioritize better & make sure I wasn't wasting time on things that can wait & aren't necessarily a priority. I'd love to hear how the challenge went for you!
This week, I'm challenging you to share wellness each day. It doesn't have to be a big monumental thing. Here's some ideas...
Invite friends to move/play depending on your climate. Maybe do some hiking/snowshoeing, ice skating/roller blading, have a snowball fight, take a friend to a class at the gym, etc.

Share the book The Calorie Myth or another one along those lines with someone or a summary of what you're learning from it.
Make a nutritious dinner for friends or family. I've got plenty of recipes you could try!

Grab someone and go on a walk or check out a local farmer's market (weather permitting).

Practice Stress management. Go to a yoga class with a neighbor or try some meditation or visualization & let someone know how it goes.
