
I decided to keep my movement/exercise lower key today to avoid adding more stress to my body since we've got a couple of fun get-togethers this weekend. It's lots of fun but can also be quite a bit of work getting ready with a cute 6 month old around!
If you don't get much movement in your day, walking is a great place to start! This will be my first winter as a stay at home mom & I'm a little nervous about finding fun movement for the two of us. We'll probably be walking and swimming at our Rec Center frequently to keep from going stircrazy!
