I think it's super important to enjoy your exercise or it typically won't last. I've certainly done both, harder or certain workouts because it's more "effective" than other types but in the end, I don't do it as often because I didn't enjoy it. I missed the whole "more beneficial" part of that exercise by not exercising altogether. Bummer, right? Life is too short to not enjoy the exercise we're involved in, so have some fun!
