I just wanted to give a heads up that the challenge for next week (starting tomorrow through Saturday) is to go gluten free! I realize for some of you, that will be a pretty major change. If you don't know what to eat for breakfast, whip up a couple of eggs & stay tuned for some more gluten-free meal ideas this week!

I want you to pay attention to things like stomach pain or bloating, acne, the size of your waist line, & puffiness in your face, hands, or feet this week. Maybe take a picture or measurements of yourself so you have data to compare to. I want to hear how it goes for you. More on this tomorrow!
