3 cups Broccoli florets
1 lb Beef, cut in strips
2 teaspoons Garlic, minced
1/2 Onion, diced
2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
1/4 cup Coconut Aminos (instead of soy sauce)
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
In a frying pan, melt coconut oil on medium heat. Saute the diced onions for about five minutes. Add the garlic for another minute or two. Add the beef and cook to desired doneness. Stir in coconut aminos. Throw the broccoli florets on top and cover with a lid so it can steam (approximately 5-10 minutes). After the broccoli is cooked enough, salt and pepper to taste.
This makes great leftovers, so make sure you make enough so that lunch the next day is all ready to go!
