It only takes about a minute of knowing me to determine that I'm a foodie... I love trying out new recipes, tweaking them and creating my own. I'm especially always looking for ways to sneak more veggies into our diet. With my recipes, you'll find that I advocate whole foods we can have a positive psychological relationship with, minimize inflammation, and don't wreak havoc on our hormones.
