Permission to Fail

I decided it was a good time to remind myself of all the reasons I choose to live a primal/paleo/whole foods type of diet and life-style. Vacations, holidays, & cold weather all can make it tough to keep up with making optimal choices. I am not perfect. I have to continually give myself permission to "fail" but it's amazing just how many reasons I have to keep making the choices that help me feel the best:


1. Clearer skin
2. No headaches
3. Better Sleep
4. No stomach bloating/cramps/pain
5. More Energy
6. Clothes fit better
7. Less unnecessary weight & body fat
8. Less likely to develop diseases
9. Healthy mom, healthy baby
10. Excuse to Play!
11. Simplifies Life
12. Less Stress
13. Balanced Hormones
14. Overall well-being
15. Strong Immune System
16. Don't need to count calories, macros, etc.
17. Not hungry all the time
18. It's fun!

And the list goes on and on...!

Today I give myself permission to "fail", knowing that I have all of these benefits to enjoy and so many more as soon as I get back on track again.

Where do you need to give yourself permission in life to "fail" so you can finally excel?
